Is the Memori diamond a high quality diamond?

 The Memori diamond is absolutely a high quality diamond.  All Memori diamonds are sourced to have no surface inclusions and guaranteed to have a I to J color grade (near colorless).

What is the LifeMark engraving?

The LifeMark engraving process is a patented technology that can duplicate an image on the surface of a diamond.  It is the only process currently on the market that can achieve this level of details.  The engraving is permanent and cannot be accidentally destroyed.  The engraving cannot be seen with the naked eye, allowing you to remember and cherish them in privacy.

What kinds of photos can be used for engraving?

How can I see the engraving if it is invisible to the naked eye?

The engraving can be seen using the included handheld viewer. Viewer works standalone or along with compatible iPad or iPhone Memori app.  

Can the engraving be destroyed?

The LifeMark engraving is permanent and cannot be accidentally destroyed.

Will the engraving affect or impart the quality of the diamond?

The LifeMark engraving does not affect the characteristics or impair the quality of the diamond in any way.

What is the turnaround time after the order is placed?

Our typical turnaround time is 72 hours after you place an order.  Once we receive your order, we will convert your image into a black and white format suitable for engraving.  We will send the prepared image back to you for review and final approval.  Once you accept the prepared image, we will move forward to engrave the diamond and ship the final product to you. 

What if I need the Memori diamonds for a remembrance ceremony?

If you want to include the Memori diamonds in a remembrance ceremony or require a faster turnaround time, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Can I order a Memori diamond larger than 1.0 carat?

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days. All returns must be in their original condition.
